O2 Czech Republic
O2 is the largest mobile operator and internet provider in the Czech Republic, serving millions of households and businesses. With its O2 TV service, it is also the leading player in the field of internet television broadcasting.




Scope of Collaboration
Collaboration with O2 began as part of my thesis and gradually evolved into a full-fledged project. The aim was to enhance the website's visibility in search engines and identify areas where O2 could gain a competitive advantage.
Process of Collaboration
I started with a detailed SEO GAP analysis, which allowed me to compare the current state of the O2 website with its competitors and reveal their strengths and weaknesses. Based on these insights, I conducted a technical and content analysis of the website, which showed specific opportunities for improvement. Subsequently, I mapped brand awareness and the backlink portfolio and prepared recommendations on how to effectively strengthen it. I verified the key outputs using a correlation study, which made it possible to set priorities and create a clear strategy for further development.
What was implemented
Based on the analysis, a strategy was developed that provided O2 with a clear plan to increase its organic visibility, strengthen its brand in the online environment, and systematically work with the competition.

SOFA is a non-profit organization focused on inclusive education and the development of individual potential through modern educational programs. Its mission is to create an environment based on respect, diversity, and equal opportunities.




Scope of Collaboration
The goal of Collaboration was to raise awareness of the organization and strengthen the organic traffic of the website. Together, we focused on SEO development and training the internal team in marketing and creating SEO-friendly texts.
Process of Collaboration
Collaboration began with a detailed website audit that revealed key areas for improvement. Based on this, I created a strategy that included optimizing technical elements, defining impact pages, and transferring key content from the old website. It also included a series of workshops and training sessions that familiarized the team with search engine principles and practical procedures for writing optimized texts. As a result, the organization gained not only specific SEO recommendations but also the know-how needed for their long-term application.
Outcome
SOFA gained a clear plan for increasing online visibility while also building internal capabilities that will allow it to maintain and develop SEO initiatives in the long term and independently.

Gen Digital is a global leader in B2C cybersecurity, part of the Fortune 500 and Nasdaq rankings. Its portfolio includes brands such as Norton, Avast, AVG, Avira, CCleaner, Lifelock, GOBankingRates, and Moneylion. Following the acquisition of Avast, the company has a significant presence in the Czech Republic, where its development and marketing teams are located.



Scope of Collaboration
Collaboration with Gen Digital focuses on long-term support for content strategy and SEO across the entire brand portfolio. Key roles included content preparation and optimization, detailed GAP analysis, and subsequent strategy proposals that reflect changes in search engines and the rise of AI.
Process of Collaboration
At the beginning, we conducted a comprehensive SEO GAP analysis that revealed the strengths and weaknesses of individual brands. Based on the findings, we established a content strategy that combines enhancing visibility in traditional organic search with optimization for new forms of search (AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, etc.). At the same time, we focused on ensuring the credibility of content in the face of rising AI scam techniques. As part of the collaboration, specialized AI applications were also developed to streamline processes and support the creation of high-quality content at the scale required by global brands.
Outcome
Despite the decline in organic traffic caused by the rise of AI-driven search modes, conversions from organic search have remained stable and show year-over-year growth. Gen Digital has not only managed to maintain the performance of its key channels but has also expanded its strategy with new approaches to optimization in an AI-driven environment.
